Special Board Meeting
June 1, 2008
The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Red Oak Community School District was called to order by President Schmid at 5:02 p.m. in the Sue Wagaman Board Room at the Webster Building.

HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
Discussion was led by Superintendent Terry Schmidt regarding the hiring process and recommendations for hire for the High School Principal position.
Director Fellers moved and Director Dilley seconded to authorize a contract be issued to Mr. Jedd Sherman as High School Principal for the Red Oak Community School District with contract details to be determined. The roll call vote passed 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT
Director Liddell moved and Director DeVries seconded to adjourn at 5:27 p.m. The roll call vote passed 5-0.
