Mr. Redel

 

  1. Be in your assigned seat with all needed materials when the bell rings.
    1. You will be recorded as tardy

1.      Warning

2.      15 min detention AM  (7:45)

3.      30 min detention  AM  (2 of 15 min.)

4.      Office Referral

  1. No purses or backpacks on the top of your desk/lab table.  Hands must be visible above the desk/table level, not in a hoodie / pocket etc.
  1. Follow directions  THE FIRST TIME !

 

  1. Show pride in room and respect for those in it.  Keep it clean, be polite and respectful, use proper language.  Show courtesy and respect towards every person. 

 

  1. No – food –pop-gum-water-gatorade etc.  We will have a water break about mid-class. 
  2. Grading
    1. A – 90-100
    2. B – 89-80
    3. C – 79-70
    4. D – 69-60
    5. F – 59 and below
  3. Extra credit –will rarely be given – special times during class discussions or materials to help with class management. NOT GIVEN TO HELP RAISE A POOR GRADE!!!!
  4. Speak when it is your turn, by getting permissionRAISE YOUR HAND AND WAIT TO BE CALLED ON!!!!!!  The teacher will be called “Mr or “Coach”  Redel
  5. Make up work will be done or arranged to be done within 2 class periods or it will go in the grade book as a zero.   It is your responsibility to get your assignment turned in or completed on time.
  6. Safety first – follow all safety rules when we are doing a lab. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!!!
    1. 1 - removal from lab and 2 – 15 min. detentions before school
    2. 2 - removal from class until meet with parents and principal.
    3. 3 - Removal from class take the class over in the future.
  7. Cell Phones: No cell phones in class.
    1. First offense – pick up after school – remember I have coaching duties right after school each day!
    2. Second offense – must pick up with your parents (see above)
    3. Third Offense – pick up with parents in the office and an office referral.
