MS Honor Choir

Seventeen 6th, 7th, and 8th graders have been selected to represent ROMS at an honor choir festival to be held Tuesday, March 23, 1010 at Treynor High School, Treynor, IA. Students from several southwest Iowa schools will make up each of the elementary and 7/8 choirs. The students have been preparing their music for several weeks now. They rehearse all afternoon on Tuesday, the 23rd under the direction of Barbara Sletto (6th grade) and Tom Sletto (7/8 choir) of Des Moines. The choirs will then present a concert at 7:00 p.m. in the Treynor high school gymnasium, which is open to the public. Admission cost is $4.00 for adults, $2.00 for students.
