Welcome to Inman Primary School! I am Mrs. Bruce and I love teaching 3rd grade! I grew up in Eastern Iowa and attended school at North Scott Community Schools. I received both my bachelor and master degrees from the University of Northern Iowa, focusing on Early Childhood and Reading and Language Arts. I began my teaching career in Red Oak in 1994. Throughout my career, I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade and currently 3rd grade. I am married to Scott Bruce, and we have 3 children who all attend the Red Oak Community Schools. I love spending time with my family and friends, watching my children in sports, reading and cheering on the Hawkeyes. Teaching children is what I have wanted to do since I was a little girl, and I feel lucky to be living out my dream and making a difference for children! |
