Audit Report FY 2010

Bruce D. Frink, Certified Public Accountant, today released an audit report on the Red Oak Community School District in Red Oak, IA.

The District's General Fund revenues totaled $12,493,586 for the year ended June 30, 2010, a six percent increase from the prior year. Revenues included $4,236,155 in local tax, charges for tuition of $281,984, state sources revenues of $6,354,297 and federal source revenues for $1,425,087.

General Fund expenses totaled $12,487,154, a one percent decrease from the prior year. Expenses included $8,498,507 for Instruction, $1,128,031 for Administration Services and $1,023,022 for Operation and Maintenance of Plant Services.
