Superintendent Tom Messinger Begins Duties July 1

Tom Messinger began his duties as the Red Oak Community Schools Superintendent on July 1st.

Messinger served as High School Principal at Burlington, Iowa for the past 11 years.  Prior to taking the Burlington job, Mr. Messinger served the Eddyville-Blakesburg Community School District as High School Principal, Activities Director/Assistant High School Principal, and High School math teacher.

Messinger received his Specialist and Master of Science Degrees from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Iowa.
