Student and Family Needs Survey
The Red Oak CSD is developing plans to ensure a safe and successful return to learning this fall. As we add details to these plans, we need your help to ensure they address the most pressing student and family needs. We recognize that you may have provided us with some of this information previously, but we want to have the most up to date and accurate information to make decisions moving forward. We ask that you complete this survey to help guide our planning process.
Please note that your responses are not anonymous, but data will only be shared with a limited number of school personnel. Only those individuals who need information to support you or your family with specific needs will have access to your responses. Most of the data will be used collectively to make district decisions. The highest levels of confidentiality will be adhered to at all times, as required by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Some questions may be skipped but those with an * next to them are required.
The survey will be open from June 29 through July 13. School personnel will be available on July 7th and 8th from 10am-noon at the Red Oak Public Library to assist you in completing this survey if needed.
